Joyfuldays Pty Ltd (ABN: 45 678 901 234) operates an exclusive offline entertainment venue located at 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia. We provide casino-themed party experiences including roulette, poker, and blackjack sessions for entertainment purposes only. All gaming activities use play chips with no monetary value. We do not offer, facilitate, or promote real-money gambling or online gambling of any kind.

3. Bookings and Reservations

To book a casino party session at Joyfuldays, you must contact us via our website, phone, or messaging platforms. The following conditions apply to all bookings:

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
• All guests must be at least 18 years old to attend any Joyfuldays event. Identification may be required.
• Group sizes must not exceed the maximum specified in your chosen package.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booked date: Full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the booked date: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booked date: No refund of the deposit.
• No-shows on the day of the event: No refund will be provided.

5. Entertainment-Only Disclaimer

All casino games offered at Joyfuldays, including roulette, poker, and blackjack, are strictly for entertainment purposes. No real money is used in any of our games. All gaming chips provided have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes of monetary value. Joyfuldays is not a licensed gambling venue and does not hold a gambling licence. Our services are designed to provide a fun, social, and safe casino-style experience without any financial risk.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests attending a Joyfuldays event are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. The following rules apply:

• Guests must not engage in aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other guests.
• Guests must follow all instructions given by our dealers and staff.
• Damage to venue property or gaming equipment caused by a guest will be charged to the booking party.
• Joyfuldays reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disorderly, or violating these terms.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted without prior arrangement.

7. Liability

Joyfuldays Pty Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on our premises, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend that guests with medical conditions or concerns consult their doctor before participating.

8. Website Use
